Welcome to The HUG Crusade's web site (HugCrusade.com). By using this web site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Agreement") whether or not you register as a member or group. Within this agreement we refer to you, the user as "you" or "visitor" and HugCrusade.com, as "us" or "we".

This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms of your use of the web site. This agreement may be modified by us from time to time and any such modifications shall become effective and binding immediately upon posting to the web site. If you do not agree to this Agreement and any subsequent modifications thereto then you must immediately cease any use this web site.

Eligibility:



You must be thirteen or over to use the web site. By using the web site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.



Purpose of Web Site:



This is a Christian web site specifically offered to promote Christian evangelism and outreach. The promotion of atheism, agnosticism, and/or any other belief system not in agreement with our beliefs is strictly prohibited.



Use:



This web may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors whatsoever other than to promote the outreach activities of your group. The group profiles are intended to provide contact information, meeting information, and news concerning your group. Any forums, message boards or discussion areas (collectively referred to as "forum") may only be used for the purpose specified for the individual forum. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the web site will be investigated and appropriate legal action may be taken including without limitation, civil, criminal and injunctive redress.



Prohibited Uses:



  • Using this web site in a manner consistent with any or all applicable laws and regulations.

  • The collection of usernames and/or email addresses of members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email.

  • Posting of Content which, is our sole opinion, is patently offensive to the online community, such as Content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.

  • Posting of Content which, is our sole opinion, harasses or advocates harassment of another person.

  • Posting of Content which, is our sole opinion, involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming".

  • Posting of Content which, is our sole opinion, promotes information that you know is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous.

  • Posting of Content which, is our sole opinion, consists of indecent photos.

  • Posting of Content which, is our sole opinion, promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another persons copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files.

  • Posting of Content which, is our sole opinion, contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page).

  • Posting of Content which, is our sole opinion, displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind.

  • Posting of Content which, is our sole opinion, provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18.

  • Posting of Content which, is our sole opinion, provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;

  • Posting of Content which, is our sole opinion, solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users; and 

  • Posting of Content which, is our sole opinion, engages in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes. 

  • Engaging in advertising to and/or solicitation of other visitors to buy or sell products or services or to obtain the donation of money, goods or services.. 

  • Using any information obtained from the web site in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent.


Content:



You are solely responsible for the Content that you post on this web site, or transmit to other Members.



We may review and delete any content, messages, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") for any reason whatsoever or for no reason whatsoever. Generally we will delete that which in our sole judgment violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of others.



We may monitor areas of the web site and may at our sole option disclose any Content, records, or electronic communication of any kind (i) to satisfy any law, regulation, or government request; (ii) if such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to operate this web site; or (iii) to protect our rights and/or property or those of our third-party partners, sponsors or advertisers, service providers, licensors or any other visitor of the web site.



We are not responsible for screening, policing, editing, or monitoring Content provided by third parties or you. If notified of allegedly infringing, defamatory, damaging, illegal, or offensive Content we may at our sole option investigate the allegation and determine in our sole discretion which actions, if any, to take.


By posting Content to the web site you warrant and represent that you are the owner of said Content and/or you have written permission to post said Content to the web site in accordance with the provisions herein. Furthermore by posting said Content to the web site you thereby grant us (and our assigns) the irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, publicly perform, adapt, translate, modify, display, and distribute such Content through any available means and/or media and to prepare derivative works of said Content and distribute such through similar means.


Notice And Procedure For Making claims of Copyright Infringement:


Should you deem that Content posted by a user is a violation of your copyright or trademark rights you should provide us notice. To be effective, said notice must be a written communication that includes the following:



  • A physical or electronic signature of person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;

We may give notice to our visitors by means of a general notice on this web site, electronic mail to a visitor's e-mail address on our records, or by written communication sent by first-class mail to a visitor' address on our records, or in lieu thereof, simply remove said Content from our web site.

The web site contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of Owner and/or its licensors. Disputes:

You agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts of the State of Georgia having jurisdiction over our offices.


Indemnity:


You agree to indemnify and hold Community Bible Church, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, pastors, ministers, employees and volunteers harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service or arising from a breach of this Agreement.


Entire Agreement:



This Agreement, accepted upon use of the web site, contains the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the web site and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
